Waddell, AZ, named after Donald Ware Waddell, who laid out the town site in 1935. Waddell was one of the founders of the New York City investment firm that financed Lake Pleasant and he owned the land where Waddell was originally located and moved to the area to oversee the construction of the town. He was involved in local politics and played a part in the town through the Waddell Ranch Company and the Arizona Citrus Land Company.
While we cannot trace our history in the Waddell area as far back as Donald Ware Waddell, Worlock Air Conditioning has been an important part of the community for decades. Locally owned and operated, we have been in business since 1987. Since then, we have provided complete HVAC services to the greater Phoenix area.
