  3. How much experience does your company have in installing, repairing and servicing Phoenix heaters?

  4. How much does a repair cost?

    There are lots of variables to take into consideration when doing a repair, we do know how old your unit is  condition of the unit / what type of repair will be needed, however, once the technician arrives and diagnoses the issue / problem, he will write up the cost of the repairs and go over the pricing with you. If you approve the price, he will do the repairs at that time if he has the proper parts available on the truck. Otherwise, we will have to locate the parts and reschedule to come back.

  5. Can you just clean and replace my filters?

    Yes Worlock Air recommends cleaning your coils once in the fall and again in the spring.  At that time, we will also replace your filters.

  6. I want a new piece of equipment, but I don’t know what the right system is for me?

    Whether you would like a new a/c system, heat pump, coil or whatever the equipment may be, please call and a sales consultant will go over everything with you at no cost.  During this free consultation, Worlock Air will determine the cost, warranty and maintenance coverage of your new equipment that will best fit your home and lifestyle.

  7. How important is it to buy a new air condition system that is more efficient?

    By purchasing a new energy efficient unit, it allows you as a homeowner to save on energy costs --- based on the research in the HVAC industry, you can save 10=30% on heating and cooling bills monthly.

  8. What methods of payment do you accept?

    We accept cash / check and all major credit cards which include the following: Visa, American Express, Discover and MasterCard.  However, our company also offers financing.  If you prefer financing, please advise one of our technicians and they will go over the necessary paperwork that is needed in order to process your financing.

  9. Will the repair be done the same day as the technician arrives at my home?

    Each service call is unique.  Our trucks are fully stocked with parts and we are prepared each and every day to do repair service calls, however, if your repair requires a non-stock part, our technician will call you once we locate the proper part and re-schedule another visit out to your location.  If the part is on our truck, absolutely your repair will be done same day as the technician arrives.

  10. How will I know what time a technician will be arriving?

    When you call Worlock Air and schedule a time, our staff will give you a 2 hour window of time.   Our staff will then dispatch your information to a technician.  All technicians call when they are in route to notify the customer that they are scheduled to their location.

  11. Can I get same day service?

    We value each and every customer, and we will do our BEST to get you same service.

  12. I will still be at work, however, can my son or daughter let the technician in to do the repair?

    Our technicians do not have a problem working at your residence while the homeowner isn’t home, however, someone 18 years or older MUST be present and have a method of  payment for the service call.

  13. Who will be arriving at my house? I want someone with lots of experience.

    All of our technicians at Worlock Air are licensed and bonded.  Each and every person is highly skilled and well trained in the field of HVAC.  Throughout the year, they all take classes so they have expertise knowledge in this industry.  They are also EPA certified.

  14. I purchased a home warranty; can you still do my repair?

    Unfortunately we can’t because we are not contracted with whatever home warranties company you have.
